About Me

I'm a Chinese American born and raised in the bustling city of New York. Growing up, I was surrounded by diverse cultures and experiences, which shaped my outlook on life and my desire to help others achieve their goals. Throughout my life, I have remained committed to giving back to the community. I am passionate about making an impact within the world and hope to make a better future for all. I am actively involved in various non-profit organizations, and volunteering my time and resources to my community and the future generations. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, listening to EDM music, learning new things and spending time with loved ones.After completing my education and having a successful career in tech-finance, I realized that my true passion was in helping people reach their full potential. Deciding to follow my passion, I became a certified life coach. To help others achieve their goals and live their best lives, I draw on my personal experiences, accumulated knowledge and cultural background to connect with my clients on a deeper level.My coaching philosophy revolves around a holistic approach that combines elements of positive psychology, mindset transformation, and personal growth, all rooted in a stoic mindset. I believe in empowering individuals to live a happy and gratifying life by focusing on their mental, emotional, as well as physical well-being, and my role as a coach is to guide them on this journey.
